Financial Policy
At Alan L Rosenberg DDS our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable.

Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.
To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options:
A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $200 are paid in full by cash or check on the day treatment is presented or in advance of scheduled appointment.
Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted in our office.

CIGNA
CIGNA offers a variety of dental plans and dental insurance to our Fresh Meadows area patients, including CIGNA Dental Care (DHMO), CIGNA Dental PPO or CIGNA Traditional.
